The big problem is that the Ergo stops working at random intervalls whatever the software playing. I use a late 2010 Mac mini and Slow Leopard OS, and the firmware update did not resolve the problem. Moreover, the KRK support is still not answering emails and reading forums on the topic did not help. Ergo-EQ Daily Build. Download the latest successful Ergo build. This build includes the most recent features added to Ergo; however, until it has gone through the release process, it is untested and some things may not work as expected.

Krk Ergo Software Download Mac Pro

Hi,
I've just bought a use KRK Ergo as a way of trying Room Perfect in my poor-sounding room which has significant bass issues (peaks/nulls).
I'm using it with a PC with a PCI-E firewire card for calibration purposes. Everything looks good, I can get sound out of it using the analogue input and it is recognised by the PC using the Ergo Cal software.
Where I'm struggling is in the calibration step. I'm using a different mic cable to the original one as this wasn't sold with the unit, but I think that I have the right cable for the mic as it's an XLR3F to TRS.
When I tell the unit to calibrate, it allows me to set the volume using the test tone but then gives me errors once I proceed to the calibration part. I hear the first tone and it does one of two things. More commonly, the tone carries on for some time and I get a 'no signal' error. Occasionally, the tone stops more quickly and I get a 'clipping' error. On one occasion it has progressed to the second tone and this again gave a 'no signal' error. I've tried breaking and re-making connections, rebooting etc. but no progress so far.
Can anyone suggest anything? I've heard some poeople talk about issues with certain Firewire chips but I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this as I don't have access to any other Firewire-capable PC/Macs. Equally, I'm assuming the mic must be working to some degree to allow me to set the volume.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Chris.
